Gambalia provides you with a Control Panel that will help you organize your sale offers and the petitions you will receive from importers, who are Gambalia users. You will be able to display all the sale offers you made to Gambalia users, who are importers or distributors.
How to Make a Sale Offer to Gambalia users:
- Log into your Producer Area and click “Create Offer”
- Select all the obligatory fields to create the Offer
- Your sale Offer is now created
- Your sale Offer will necessarily be displayed for 5 days, which is the minimum time we require to find the appropriate buyer for that specific Offer
How your Sale Offers are managed in Gambalia:
- When you make an Offer on your Control Panel, Gambalia sends that Offer to specific Gambalia users that have interest in that specific product (specie, origin, format, etc.)
- Gambalia users that view your Offer in their Control Panel can accept it, so that the sale is done. They can reject it or they can negotiate it with a counter offer
- In this case, you will receive the counter offer on your Control Panel. It will be displayed on “Gambalia’s Petitions”
- Our main objective is to promote your Sales, and help you close the deal
Your Control Panel will also display the Petitions that Gambalia users (importers and distributors) have made and see if you are interested in quoting and sell to them the product they require. On each Petition you can:
- Accept it. So your product will automatically be sold
- Reject it. So there is no transaction. (When you reject a petition, we would like you to explain why in the comments field)
- Modify it. Either by accepting the petition but mentioning in the comments’ field the change in conditions or you can make a new Offer based on that petition with the conditions you want. Gambalia will promote the sale of your product by sending the Modified Petition or your new Offer to the right buyer
